This sermon will cover two action-packed chapters of 2 Samuel, chapters 2 and 3, that tell a tragic tale of vengeance that very nearly prevented the end of a raging war between two ambitious generals and the kings they fought for. In this tale we will see how strong personalities drive events more so than those who hold the scepter or position of leadership.
