Transformed: Part 3 - Jesus Our Advocate and Prize

In this sermon from 1 John 2:1-6 we will explore several key aspects of the good news of Jesus. The first is that Jesus is our advocate. In the courtroom of heaven, Jesus has the ultimate standing, and he pleads the case of His children before His righteous Father. Not only is he our advocate but he is also our atoning sacrifice. He doesn't only plead for us, but He bled for us, satisfying God's righteous wrath towards our sins. We will close with three ways in which we can discern whether we have truly surrendered our lives to Him.
